
I tried several things on my own, diet after diet, till I crashed. I was physically and mentally finished with diets. In 3 months, I barely lost 5 kg. But I tried anyway, because the army looked like a good opportunity to mean something in the world and go abroad and see the world in a different way than tourists do.
But they failed me on the medical examination. Apparently, I have some deviation in my back.

By the end of 2018, I lost 15 kg. But I was stuck. I wanted more. So I started to work with a personal coach for 1 month to try. I needed to leave some things that I liked so much. And I thought I was doing so good.
My physical condition improved a lot on short time. But my food remained kind of badly. Well, I learnt to eat better, but I was missing something. I am totally into the personal coaching, as I am now one myself, but I really think they should work with the needs of the client and not stick to the basic for everyone. Every client is totally different, so adapt your work method.


The company we work for has different health products and programs. So I started to become a coach and a client (of myself) at the same time.
I used the Uplift in function of sport (100% energy drink), I used the plant based Protein powder to learn myself to have breakfast & for recovery after work-outs.
After following the healthy lifestyle in combination of the products, I lost 5 more kg of fat and started to gain more muscles.
