Self care and self development, 2 important things in life. 
Well, to me they are important!

Sometimes you are so fed up with everything, stressing out, ignoring everything getting mad about life, and we have no idea how to handle ourselves in these situations! 
By taking care of yourself and learning how your reaction or no-reaction can make more inner peace than you would expect, everything will get more easy. 

Meditation, reading, mindfullness, walking, sports, music & documentaries. Those are my self care and self development sources. 

But not only these "magic acts" help me find inner peace and teach me not to give a f*ck.
Everyone needs someone who reminds him/her to it. Someone you can look up to. Someone who is an example for you.
I found mine, in Malta. And I am so grateful to have this awesome and wise (& sometimes pain in the ass 😘) guy beside me, who reminds me the important things in life and the things we definitely don't need to stress/worry/get mad/... about. 💕
